Easy control and easy maintenance
Our goal is to ensure that every step of the production process goes smoothly and without any difficulty. For this reason, our high-pressure dosing unit is equipped with a pulpit electrical panel which is assembled on the basement of the metering unit to be accessible and visible at all times. The panel is equipped with:
- PLC for sequential control of functions, timers, counters, flow-rates, levels, temperatures.
- A touchscreen operator board to set and check all the working parameters as well as the machine alarms.
