High Pressure Dosing Unit SPH
Our SPH high pressure foaming machine is the ideal solution for those who are willing to approach high-pressure technology while keeping a really compact structure and an easy control. Like all other Ekosystem high-pressure machines, the SPH model can work with different ratios among the components according to the type of foam and the type of application.
This model of high-pressure dosing unit can reach a maximum of 30 kg/min working output. It is suitable for most PU applications as it can be also customized and adapted according to most production needs.

SPH Special: Our advanced solution for your production needs
Ekosystem has also developed the model SPH Special to meet more intense production needs without changing the main features of the machine. To ensure maximum precision and long duration, this version of the machine is equipped with axial piston pumps and external capacitance levels. The machine is also equipped with flow meters for automatic output control, in order to ensure a continuous control of real working outputs of the two components.
