The low-pressure foaming machine type “Ariel” is completely designed by Ekosystem to meet standard production needs. Although it may seem a basic machine, the “Ariel” model is equipped with first-class selected components to ensure ease of use and long-term effective performance.

Our low-pressure dosing unit “Ariel” is suitable for a variety of PU applications thanks to the wide range of working outputs, which may go from 2 kg/min to 120 kg/min. The “Ariel” model can work with different ratios among the components depending on the type of foam and application.
To obtain the best results in mixing and metering operations, our low-pressure machine type “Ariel” is equipped with:
- 80 Lt tanks;
- Volumetric gear-pumps;
- Low-pressure mixing head;
- Digital pressure gauges.
The control panel is complete with a PLC and a touchscreen panel to manage and control all production operations, including the foaming cycles parameters, the alarm signals and other parameters concerning flow rates, temperatures, daily tank levels and head cleaning cycles.
