Our low-pressure PU foaming machine technology landed in the heart of Asia

Ekosystem shared its experience in refrigeration sector with one of the main companies of Asian market. Specifically, the customer is a well-known manufacturer of cold stores and refrigerated display cabinets in the country. Here we provided and installed two low pressure PU foaming machines for the production of panels in discontinuous mode for its refrigeration systems.

The company heavily relies on European suppliers to find premium components and equipment for its manufacturing business. Of course, Made in Italy brand can’t miss to this end. Low pressure polyurethane metering machine ARIEL

Our Ariel low-pressure PU foaming machine is designed and developed to grant the maximum quality in low-pressure processing of polyurethane raw materials. It’s equipped with high-accuracy gear low pressure volumetric pumps driven by asynchronous motors. To ensure ease of use, the recycle and pouring pressures can be read directly on the digital pressure gauge. The heat exchangers grant the thermoregulation of the two components; it is possible to set the desired temperatures directly on the touch-screen operator panel and temperatures are constantly monitored by a probe sensor directly assembled on the metering line.

Our machines are equipped with an intuitive HMI that makes navigation effortless, even for new users. With a user-friendly interface, understanding and operating our system becomes second nature. Our product ensures easy maintenance with readily accessible components, so that maintenance operations can be carried out easily at any time.

Consultancy and design: customized solution with low-pressure technology

An initial consulting step was crucial to examine the project, understand our customer’s demands and estimate the right equipment according to its application, production capacity needs and used materials. We suggested to the customer the use of low-pressure PU foaming machine. Compared to high-pressure technology, this is more suitable especially for particular applications and lower production volumes. In particular, ease of operation and cost-efficiency in terms of investment, energy consumption and maintenance are two key features of low-pressure technology that were essential for the success of the project.

Once the groundwork was laid during the consultancy and design phase, our team of technicians and engineers executed the assembly of two low-pressure polyurethane foaming machines for discontinuous panel production at our premises. The process involved the meticulous connections of any component of our Ariel machines. Also, usual testing sessions were carried out during manufacturing to assess and ensure their effective functioning.
