with the need to fully eliminate the problem for solvent disposal,
and showing great attention to environmental problems in the
respect standards / in force, may rely on this new generation
of high pressure metering machines combining first-rate characteristics.
THERMOREGULATION MODULE

METERING MODULE
The high-pressure
metering module has been conceived and carried out to satisfy
the needs of easy maintenance and reliability
Each unit
comprises:
·
High accuracy volumetric flow meter.
· Direct-reading sensor for output control.
· High-pressure, gear pump, of high accuracy with changeable
delivery, and 300 bar max working pressure. It is coupled
to 3-phase asynchronous motor via mechanical coupling.
· Digital pressure gauge, with two independent contacts
and/or analogical signal, and setting of min/max working pressures.
· Electro-pneumatic valve OMAL to operate the low/high
pressure recycle.
· Flow valve for tanks/mixing head recycle.
HIGH PRESSURE, "EKS" MIXING HEAD
The mixing head is "the heart" of every polyurethane
production system. Using its extensive experience got in the
specific field Ekosystem has projected and developed a new
L-shaped damped flow high pressure, "EKS" mixing
head carefully conceived to ensure three basic principles:
user-friendly operation, compactness and homogenous mixing
of the components.
A 3kw hydraulic pack type CX-40/PAM drives the mixing head.
This pack is equipped with a 40l capacity oil storage tank
and a heat exchanger for oil thermoregulation.
MACHINE
CONTROL MODULE
The electrical
panel with IP55 protection is sited at the base of metering
module, and incorporates the technology of the machine.
All the machine cycles are processed by:
· Siemens Simatic S7 PLC for sequential control of
functions, temperatures, pressures, timers, counters, and
processing analogical functions.
· Vectorial inverter to control and handle the motors,
connected to metering pumps and interfaced to the PLC.
· Graphic operator board with integrated keyboard and
display, type "touch-screen 7", to set and control
all the machine parameters.
· Control push buttons panel located on board of mixing
head with: pouring start/stop controls, buttons for pouring
cycles choice, and display visualising cycle number and pouring
seconds.
OPTIONS

Independent POL/ISO storage jacketed tanks group.
· Automatic loading system.
· Automatic system for outputs self-adjustment.
· Chiller unit to check the temperatures.
